The condo itself had several maintenance problems, and I was taken aback by the lack of communication and support from the management team. Despite this, the beachfront location is a major highlight.

My experience at Jamaica Royale was mixed. The location right on the stunning beach is a huge plus, and the spacious condos gave us plenty of room to relax. However, I found the reservation process frustrating and felt that the service could have been more accommodating regarding my concerns.
